Your conversations with DoodBrain are associated with your account where necessary to provide conversation history and related functionality.

Your private conversations are not intended to be publicly accessible unless you deliberately use a feature that allows content to be shared.

4. AI Model Processing

DoodBrain may use a combination of:

• Self-hosted AI models
• Open-source or open-weight AI models
• DoodBrain-operated AI infrastructure
• Third-party AI providers selected by DoodBrain or the user

When a third-party AI provider is used, information necessary to process your request may be transmitted to that provider.

The applicable provider may process such information according to its own privacy and data-processing terms.

DoodBrain aims to clearly distinguish between locally operated services and external providers where appropriate.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data

DoodBrain does not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not provide private conversations, uploaded private files, account information, or personal Memory data to unrelated third parties for the purpose of selling or trading user profiles.

Private files are not intentionally made available to other DoodBrain users.

8. DoodBrain Memory

DoodBrain may provide an optional Memory feature that allows relevant information to be remembered across conversations.

Where available, users may be provided controls to:

• Enable or disable Memory
• View stored memories
• Modify memories
• Delete individual memories
• Delete all stored memories

DoodBrain should not intentionally treat unverified AI-generated assumptions as confirmed personal information.

Memory functionality may evolve as the platform develops.

9. AI Training and Service Improvement

Private user conversations and files are not automatically considered public training data merely because they are processed by DoodBrain.

Where DoodBrain introduces functionality that uses customer content for model training or broader model improvement, appropriate notice, controls, consent, or another lawful basis will be implemented where required.

Technical and aggregated information may be used to evaluate reliability, safety, performance, and service quality.

10. Account Security

DoodBrain may provide security mechanisms including:

• Email verification
• Google or other supported authentication providers

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and securing devices used to access DoodBrain.
