Welcome to DoodBrain. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of DoodBrain's websites, applications, artificial intelligence services, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using DoodBrain, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

DoodBrain is developed by Dodo Bilişim & Odin Hosting.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DoodBrain, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the DoodBrain platform or its services.

2. DoodBrain Services

DoodBrain provides artificial intelligence-powered services that may include:

AI chat and assistance
Text and content generation
Coding assistance
Document and file analysis

AI Memory
Image generation
Video generation
Voice and speech services
AI Agents and Tools

Some services may be unavailable, under development, restricted to certain plans, or marked as "Coming Soon."

Features, models, providers, usage limits, and availability may change as the platform develops.

3. User Accounts

Certain DoodBrain services require a user account.

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
Protecting access to their email address, phone number, and connected authentication accounts

We take the privacy and confidentiality of our users seriously.

Personal information, private conversations, uploaded files, account information, and other private user data are not sold to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not intentionally disclose private user information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers where reasonably necessary to operate DoodBrain, including infrastructure, authentication, email, SMS, payment, security, analytics, and artificial intelligence providers.

Such processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

6. AI Conversations

Conversations with DoodBrain may be stored to provide conversation history, Memory, personalization, security, and other platform functionality.

DoodBrain uses access controls intended to prevent users from accessing private conversations belonging to other users.

Users may be provided with controls to manage or delete conversations depending on the applicable service and account configuration.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

DoodBrain may use both locally operated AI models and external artificial intelligence providers.

Depending on the selected model or feature, requests may be processed using third-party services.

When an external provider is used, information necessary to process the request may be transmitted to that provider.

Third-party providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices.

Where appropriate, DoodBrain aims to provide transparency regarding the use of external AI providers.

8. User Content

Users retain their applicable rights to content they submit to DoodBrain.

By submitting content, you grant DoodBrain the limited rights necessary to process, store, transmit, transform, or otherwise handle that content for the purpose of providing the requested service.

This does not constitute a transfer of ownership of your original content to DoodBrain.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process their content.

9. Uploaded Files

Users may be able to upload documents, images, code, datasets, or other files to DoodBrain.

You must not upload content that:

Violates applicable law
Infringes intellectual property rights
Violates another person's privacy
Contains malicious software intended to compromise the platform
Contains material you are not authorized to process or distribute

Private uploaded files are not intended to be accessible to other users unless you deliberately use a sharing feature.

10. AI Memory

DoodBrain may provide an optional Memory feature designed to remember relevant information across conversations.

Where available, users may be able to:

Enable or disable Memory
View stored memories
Edit memories
Delete individual memories
Delete all memories

Memory is intended to improve personalization and continuity. Users remain responsible for reviewing important information where accuracy is critical.

11. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes.

DoodBrain-generated content may occasionally be:

Incorrect
Incomplete
Outdated
Misleading
Inconsistent
Unsuitable for a particular purpose

DoodBrain does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be factually correct or complete.

Users should independently verify information before relying on it for important decisions.

12. Professional Advice

DoodBrain is a general-purpose artificial intelligence platform.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for qualified professional advice.

This particularly applies to matters involving:

DoodBrain may offer a Free plan.

File uploads
AI Memory capacity

Free service limits may be adjusted to maintain platform stability and fair usage.

Availability of a Free plan does not guarantee permanent access to every feature without charge.

16. Paid Services

DoodBrain may offer paid plans such as Pro, Business, Enterprise, API usage, credits, or other paid services.

Prices, usage allowances, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, taxes, and other payment information will be presented when the relevant paid services become available.

Additional terms may apply to paid or enterprise services.

17. Usage Limits

DoodBrain may implement reasonable limits to protect platform availability and prevent abuse.

Token limits
Daily or monthly quotas
Storage limits
Concurrent generation limits
File size limits
Image or video generation limits

Attempts to deliberately circumvent these restrictions may result in account limitations.

18. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

DoodBrain may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Updates
Infrastructure failures
Network problems
Security incidents
Third-party provider outages
Model provider interruptions
Events outside our reasonable control

We may perform maintenance or emergency interventions when necessary to maintain security and reliability.

19. Changes to Models and Features

Artificial intelligence technology develops rapidly.

DoodBrain may add, replace, update, restrict, or remove:

Model providers
Features
Tools
Integrations
Usage limits
Interfaces

where reasonably necessary for security, performance, licensing, cost, compliance, or product development.

20. Intellectual Property

The DoodBrain name, brand, original software components, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, DoodBrain intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, impersonated, or commercially exploited without authorization.

21. Open-Source Software and AI Models

DoodBrain may incorporate open-source software, open-weight AI models, and third-party technologies.

Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and intellectual property terms.

Where required, applicable notices, licenses, and attribution information may be provided through an Open Source, Licenses, Legal, or similar section of the platform.

22. Account Suspension and Termination

DoodBrain reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary due to:

Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Security threats
Abuse of the platform
Unauthorized access attempts
Illegal activity
Non-payment of applicable paid services

Where appropriate and legally required, users may be informed of relevant account actions.

23. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their accounts through available account controls or official support channels.

Account deletion may result in the deletion or anonymization of associated conversations, files, Memory information, sessions, and other account data, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and retention requirements.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoodBrain does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Users remain responsible for how they use AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

25. Third-Party Services and Links

DoodBrain may integrate with or provide links to independent third-party services.

We do not control the availability, security, content, or practices of independent third-party services.

Use of such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as DoodBrain develops, legal requirements change, or new services become available.

The latest version will be published through the DoodBrain platform.
